This page deals with platform guidelines regarding interactions with our AI agents (RamAI, an AI tutor; Venus, an AI support agent at VenusMoon) and other members (site users, www.venusmoon.in). Please ensure all engagements or interactions align with these guidelines to avoid account termination.
The Basics
You must not use our applications or services (RamAI, an AI tutor; Venus, an AI support agent; online and trial lessons at VenusMoon) for fraud, scams, spam, misleading purposes, bullying, harassment, defamation, discrimination based on protected attributes, sexualising children, or promoting violence, hatred, or the suffering of others.
Additionally, you should not provide prompts (texts given in the input box) to our AI applications that include texts or content related to hate, threats, harassment, self-harm, the intent of self-harm, sexual content, violence, race, gender, ethnicity, religion, nationality, caste, creed, disability status, sexual orientation, death, or injury.
Please do not send personal information in the input box of the AI application. Do not post or publish anything that violates Indian laws.
We consistently adhere to platform guidelines and credit sources or generators whenever possible. At VenusMoon, our primary goal is to ethically and fruitfully utilise AI to promote equitable education for all. The AI applications or agents are in their early stages and, thus, can generate incorrect responses. You are requested to check the accuracy of all generated content with school teachers, academicians, or reliable sources.
Our AI applications are in their early development stages and may generate errors. Therefore, we do not accept any liability for inaccuracies in the generated content.
Important Information Regarding the Use of RamAI and Venus
Misuse Warning
RamAI must be used strictly for educational purposes only. Activities involving hateful, sexual, violent, or self-harm content are prohibited. Any misuse of RamAI will result in the immediate suspension of your account. We shall not accept any reinstatement requests. Please use RamAI responsibly and according to our guidelines.
Subscription Policy
The basic plan is available for a one-time purchase per customer. Once cancelled, this plan cannot be re-booked. The standard plan is valid for three months, and you can book it again.
Terms & Conditions
Your use of RamAI is subject to our terms and conditions, guidelines, privacy policy, and academic honesty policies. We strongly recommend reviewing these documents thoroughly before making a purchase.
Accuracy and Responsibility
RamAI is an online AI tutor and may not always provide accurate or complete information. It is essential to cross-check the outputs with reliable sources and follow our policies diligently.
Venus is an AI agent designed to assist with user support. When using Venus, you should comply with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Guidelines.

Dakshina Model: Terms and Guidelines
Introduction
Inspired by the age-old tradition of Dakshina, VenusMoon emphasises making education sacred and accessible, free from economic constraints. Students or parents may give Dakshina (a contribution) for each 60-minute online class. If contributing isn’t comfortable, please write to us. Contributions made as Dakshina are voluntary and are used solely for sustaining educational programs, enhancing the learning platform, and supporting Gurus. Students who cannot give Dakshina may contribute through community engagement, such as sharing educational resources or sharing the platform within their circles.
Academic Guidelines
All students must engage politely, humbly, and respectfully with Gurus, peers, and members, ensuring no inappropriate use of the platform. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or unethical behavior is strictly prohibited. Regular attendance and active participation will be tracked to ensure an enriching experience for all.

Community Captains
Students can voluntarily support our platform by becoming Captains, promoting VenusMoon through word of mouth and encouraging peers to join.
Prohibited Activities
Students and tutors are prohibited from engaging in unapproved activities or pressuring others for higher payments or unrelated tasks. Any tutor or student found misusing the platform or breaching these guidelines will face immediate removal.

Privacy Assurance
All contributions, communications, and activities on the platform will be kept confidential and adhere to VenusMoon’s privacy policies.

Content Ownership
Any material created or shared on VenusMoon remains the intellectual property of the platform unless otherwise agreed.
Amendments
VenusMoon reserves the right to amend guidelines to improve user experience and align with evolving educational objectives.

Don’t share personal information about yourself or others. Your discussions should be professional and centred on ideas, not individual identities.

Avoid Plagiarism
Make sure to credit the original sources when you share content. It’s important to keep our community’s integrity intact by sharing unique contributions.
