Freelance Terms

Welcome to VenusMoon! We are happy to onboard you as a freelancer on VenusMoon Education. Please read these terms:

1.0 Freelancing Status

• You will remain an independent freelancer, not an employee or contractor of VenusMoon.

• Freelancers must confirm that they meet all criteria for performing freelance work that does not conflict with their professional responsibilities. 

• Freelancers must be above 18 years of age and possess a valid ID card for verification.

2.0 Payment Terms

• Pay-per-post or Pay-per-task basis for approved posts/tasks that meet our guidelines.

• Direct online payments to your provided UPI ID on the 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th of the month.​

• Pay-per-task with clear milestones for performance metrics like views, signups, and engagement.

3.0 Post Guidelines

​

• Posts are 300 to 350 words with a reading time of 90 s.

• The posts should be free from plagiarism, AI content, and grammatical errors.

• Include at least three in-text APA citations and references.

• The posts maintain a Flesch reading ease score of 40 to 70. 

• Ensure all posts are accurate, reliable, and fact-checked to maintain high editorial quality.

3.1 Task Guidelines

Content creation (text, audio, and video)

• Content sharing to students, teachers, and parents.

• Engage in live video discussions and debates.

• Promote our educational programs through posts, videos, and interactions.

• Drive real engagement, including site sessions, unique visitors, and post views.

• Follow content and engagement guidelines provided by VenusMoon regarding tone, language, and respect.

• No use of unethical or forceful tactics to gain visits or signups.

• No Forced Participation: Ensure no one feels pressured to join any services.

• Transparency: Disclose any promotional content or affiliate links when necessary.

4.0 Ownership and Rights

• You own the content and can share it elsewhere (social media platforms), but grant VenusMoon a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, modify, distribute, advertise, and promote it.

• You can share by acknowledging VenusMoon as the original publisher.

• Authorship credit for each post/task.

• Build a professional public profile on VenusMoon.​

• VenusMoon can share or include the posts in its subscription plans or social media promotions.

5.0 Privacy and Data Security

​

• We value your privacy and transparency. You can view our Privacy Policy for further details on how we handle data collection, storage, and deletion.​

6.0 Compliance

​

• Maintain professional language in communications. A repetitive breach of terms and guidelines may lead to account revocation. Either party may terminate the terms with notice if obligations are not met.

• Freelancers are responsible for their tax and GST obligations.
